Candice James, Instructional Specialist

I am honored to serve as the new Instructional Specialist at Highland Elementary!  I bring nearly a decade of experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, Educational Consultant, and Dean of Academics.  My journey has been rooted in a deep passion for student achievement and teacher growth.

I am passionate about partnering with teachers to create engaging, rigorous, and joyful learning environments.  I believe in the power of collaboration, consistency, and high expectations -- and I'm excited to help our Highland Titans soar even higher this year!
