Dear Students and Parents,

Welcome to an exciting year in 3rd Grade! My name is Mrs. Hocutt! This is my 1st year at Highland, and I’m thrilled to be part of your educational journey. 

 My favorite color is any shade of blue. It reminds me of water which calms me. I find joy in spending quality time outdoors with my family. I enjoy creative activities like painting and making jewelry with my daughter, as well as playing games and making memories with my two sons. I'm a proud mom of three—Anna (23), Dane (20), and Everett (18) and they are the heart of everything I do. I cannot forget my husband Brian. We have been married for 33 years and we love our family and our friends.
